Annual subscription to OPM RFC

Membership for 2009/2010 Season is now due.

Please complete the Mandate Form and return to a
Matt Glastonbury, Club Captain and Membership advisor

Playing Member

(to include all match fees and insurance)
£100 one off yearly payment or £10/month by standing order

Students/Juniors/Unwaged/ Tag Rugby Member

(to include all match fees and insurance)
£60 one off yearly payment or £6/month by standing order

Social Member

(use of clubhouse and organised leisure facilities)
£30 one off yearly payment or £3/month by standing order

"The Standing Order Mandate is replacing weekly match subs to help reduce the work of collection. We will not survive without membership... please help your club by completing a Mandate Form ASAP."

Please remember that this has greatly reduced the cost of playing rugby for OPMs and with continued support, we can continue improve our facilities, social events and the club itself.
