At the Marsh Mills Junction on the A38 Signposted to Plymouth City Centre and Kingsbridge (By the Sainsbury's Superstore with the sails) take the A374 towards Plymouth.
After around 2 miles the road splits, take the right hand lane and follow the signs for Kingsbridge A379.
Turn left onto the A379 towards Kingsbridge, cross the River and follow the dual carraigeway for around 2.5 miles until the third roundabout.
At this roundabout turn left, signposted to Plympton and Saltram House and the Rugby Pitches are 400 yards on the left.
